* Must be production-style vehicle
* All steel all glass, except hood and bumpers
* Must have all body panels
* No forward-facing hood scoops
* Side windows must roll up and down
* Must have full interior
* Back seat deleted okay
* Factory-style dash
* Stock-style interior panels
* Headlights, taillights, and brake lights must work
* Firewall must be in factory location
* Must have functioning alternator and radiator
* Must have tag and insurance, no dealer tags
* Must make cruise and return under own power
* 28-10.5 max tire size (No W)
* 17-inch or bigger wheel can have any size tire
* No AWD
